Four and Six cylinder 500 hour inspections generally cost between $300-$400, per magneto based on parts to be replaced. Certain situations may require additional parts to be replaced and will be determined during the estimation process. In these circumstances the repair will exceed the typical cost, however all magnetos are inspected and then discussed with the owner for approval before any work is performed. These current prices make a $500-$600 repair a very economical choice for most customers, and the end product will meet the manufacturers specifications.
